This is the house of hat..not your home at all.
Now that I have a picture in my mind I want to smoke on the house of hat porch and will wear haedphones to block the noise of the power plant. Can this be deducted from my rent?
Mais certainement. I believe you have connections at the Power Plant. If you can persuade them to replace those damn generators with an underwater cable, I will offer you two free weeks of your choice every summer for the next ten years.
