rival fleets

Of course, in this weather, neither boat will be running. That means no mail, no milk, no periodicals.
Why I can't stop: I have to read the newspaper on line.

I don't understand why you don't just call room service.

ever noticed people when they find out there are no boats running or planes?
    They fall into 2 catagories.
Complete acceptence or over the top anger that they cannot get off island..even though they never had any intention of going off island...the idea that they cannot choose seems to bring
    out the ugly in them.

Paris they could call for someone to bring them beer and food but finding the person that will come back with your monies and supplies without it taking a day and a half to do so is the kicker.

Guess what? She is home. Although she did suprise me the other day by telling me that because she lived in New York, she was Jewish. "As are all people who live in New York". She's even sending me info on how to observe yom kippur.
Need I say it? Oy Gevay. Or whatever.
