ordo anything compulsively?
Because they are hungry.
When you locate the original source
of your hunger,
you're not so hungry any more.
It's easier to get in touch with it
when the Moon is in Cancer
and the Sun in Libra
as it is now.
You'll find comfort in comfort food
preparing it,
eating it
or serving it to loved ones.
It's a form of connection
an inescapable one
in the search for
intimacy.

Intimacy is not,
contrary to popular belief,
the need to reveal every part of yourself
to another person.
it is about sharing
on a soul level.
And when that is denied you,
you eat yourself silly.
Or
some people just starve themselves
to repeat the process of
emotional starvation.

The effort it takes to remain balanced
is worth it.

Elderly Woman Attacked by Alligator in Florida  

COPELAND, Fla. (AP) — Officials say an alligator attacked and severely injured an elderly woman in southwest Florida.The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission reports that 90-year-old Margaret Webb was walking near her Copeland home Wednesday when the 8-foot alligator lunged out of a canal.Officials say the animal tried to drag the woman into the water, but she was able to hang on long enough for a man driving by to stop and help her.Officials say the woman, who lost part of her leg in the attack, was airlifted to a Fort Myers trauma center.

The agency says a trapper was sent to the area to find the alligator. If found, the reptile will be cut open in an attempt to retrieve and reattach the leg.
